We are currently seeking a Scrum Master - Onsite to join our team in San Diego, California (US-CA), United States (US).
Job Description:
General Duties and Tasks
• Manage each project's scope and timeline
• Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings and daily stand-ups
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality stand
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it
Qualifications:
• 5+ Years Experience in a scrum master role
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development
• Minimum 3+ years of experienc with Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience using Agile frameworks (Scrum,Kanban)
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
Nice to have:
• Scrum master certification is a plus Mentoring of junior team members.
• SVN, Git, Gradle version control experience, Bitbucket
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $75/hour. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
