Job Title: Scrum Master Designation: Project Management

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to lead our project management efforts at our client site in New York. The ideal candidate will possess strong Professional Scrum Master (PSM) II knowledge and will be responsible for facilitating agile practices, ensuring effective team collaboration, and driving project success. This role requires a proactive leader who can navigate complex project environments and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Guide and coach teams on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum methodologies.
