Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is searching for a
Scrum Master in support of United States Space Force (USSF) Space Systems Command (SSC) and Combat Forces Command (CFC) Defensive Cyber Operations.
Required Skills: - 6+years' experience as Scrum Master or Agile coach
- Applications/Frameworks (at least 2): JIRA, Confluence, Slack, & SAFe
- Experience or Knowledge in the following Areas: Agile software development, agile methodologies, software development life cycle management, cross-functional team (required)
Education: - Bachelor's degree in STEM related specialty plus 6 years' experience as Scrum Master or Agile coach (required); or Master's degree in STEM related specialty and 3 years experience as a Scrum Master or Agile coach
Certifications: - SAFe Scrum Master & SAFe for Teams, SAFe PO/PM or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master & SAFe for Government, SAFe PO/PM
Security Clearance: - Must possess an active DoD Secret Clearance. A Top Secret (TS) security clearance (with SCI and SAP eligibility) is HIGHLY desired.
Location/Travel Requirements: - Place of work is Colorado Springs, remote work opportunity is limited. You may be required to travel periodically, less than 10%.
The pay range for this position in Colorado is $125,000/year to $145,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI also offers a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
