Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of Scrum Master experience (10+ years strongly preferred)
• Experience supporting Agile teams in large, complex enterprise environments
• Strong facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and servant leadership skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, and Retrospectives
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum principles and best practices
• Remove impediments impacting delivery and address risks
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize work and maintain product backlogs
• Track sprint metrics and provide progress transparency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
• Support Agile transformation initiatives across the organization
