This role supports the mission to Share Christ - Love People by developing and executing, through agile methodology (specifically Scrum) best practices, high-quality and rapid delivery of essential Joyce Meyer Ministries services, technology, and products by working with the Scrum Teams and Product Owners to build a cohesive agile team that is able take an iterative and incremental approach to product planning that delivers value often and over time.
Responsibilities:- Hold the scrum team and Product Owners accountable to Scrum rules and processes; coaching on transparency, inspection, and adaptation
- Facilitate productive ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective ensuring time-boxing and focus
- Identify and remove impediments including technical issues, dependencies, and external distractions
- Mediate interpersonal conflicts alongside management, promoting unity within the team, and fostering collaboration and trust with Sponsors and Stakeholders
- Assist in refining and maintaining the scrum team's Backlog and Product Roadmaps with Product Owners and SMEs as needed, as well as breaking down stories and epics into manageable tasks for the team to manage and stay streamlined and effective
- Track and visualize team performance metrics including velocity, burndown charts, cycle time, and sprint commitment accuracy to identify trends, forecast delivery, and drive data-informed improvements during retrospectives, sprint planning, and roadmap prioritization
Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years' experience in business, engineering, or technology
- Knowledge of Scrum, Lean, Kanban and other Agile development techniques
- Knowledge of iterative software development and continuous improvement
- Experience working with developers, technical architects, and Product Owners
- Understanding of technology environments and the release process
- Ability to work both independently with minimal direction and in team environment
- Ability to interact within all levels of an organization
- Ability to foresee potential risk, quickly provide solutions least impacting on project, process

Education: - BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related subject, preferred
- Experience as a scrum master a plus
- Scrum Master Certificate a plus
