As a Scrum Master, you will:

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our agile team. As a key servant-leader and facilitator, you will
help the team apply Agile practices, remove impediments, and foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture. You
will play a critical role in ensuring Agile/Scrum concepts and principles are followed to deliver high-quality products and
solutions.
  • Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum practices.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
  • Help remove impediments and foster an environment of high performance, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
  • Shield the team from outside distractions and interferences.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-maintained product backlog.
  • Support the team in delivering high-quality increments each sprint.
  • Track and report on Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown charts) to stakeholders and recommend process improvements.
  • Educate and mentor team members, stakeholders, and leadership on Agile practices and culture.
  • Encourage experimentation, innovation, and embracing change.

Candidate must have skills:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technology or software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Agile tools (Jira)

Good to have skills:
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I or higher).
  • Experience in Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
  • Familiarity with Lean and other Agile methodologies.

Pay Range*: MXN 319,000 - 375,000 Per Year
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
