In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Contribute to the requirements elicitation process by documenting assigned parts of business requirements, in line with guidance provided
• Facilitate software application design discussions, and document design decisions to guide the technical team towards building software solutions
• Participate in coding and integrate new features or updates into existing applications, with a focus on maintaining system stability
• Conduct code reviews, do changes to the codebase and maintain code repositories
• Implement test strategies, analyse results, and coordinate bug fixes to uphold the software quality standards
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks to ensure a smooth transition to new software applications
• Actively participate in resolving production issues and recommend preventive strategies to enhance system reliability
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities to enrich the knowledge base and assist other similar projects

Required Skill and Experience• Experience in Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective Agile delivery.
• Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) frameworks, including user stories, backlog refinement, and definition of done.
• Experience in coaching teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
Preferred Skill and Experience• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage and prioritize the product backlog and align with business goals.
• Identify and remove impediments, risks, and dependencies to ensure smooth sprint execution and timely delivery.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and maintain effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Track and monitor Agile metrics (velocity, sprint progress, KPIs) to improve delivery predictability and team performance.
• Ensure adherence to Scrum best practices and maintain focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar tracking/reporting tools.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and coordination, acting as a bridge between business and technology teams.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments and managing delivery across distributed/global teams.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
