Job Description:

This job is responsible for facilitating scrum ceremonies, managing dependencies, providing visibility into delivery plans and progress, promoting agile principles and mindset through coaching, and enabling continuous improvement across multiple scrum teams. Key responsibilities include optimizing the flow of stories and the value delivered for medium to high complexity projects and programs. Job expectations include ensuring the team resolves impediments quickly, following agreed-to processes, and maintaining a good relationship with the product management team and other stakeholders.

  • This role is responsible for optimizing the flow of epics/features and the value delivered by multiple Agile Release Trains (ART), also known as a Solution Train, and is focused on serving the needs of the train to drive performance and growth. Key responsibilities include coordinating and facilitating Solution Train ceremonies, managing complex dependencies across ARTs, and providing visibility into the health of epic/feature delivery and the overall program increment for the Solution Train. This role ensures impediments to epic/feature delivery are resolved quickly, protects the ARTs from outside disruptions to delivery, and drives continuous improvement for the Solution Train. They manage financials for the Solution Train, assist with resource planning, and facilitating synch points between business and technology leaders.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives
  • Provides visibility into the Agile team’s delivery plans and progress against plan to stakeholders
  • Manages risk including dependency management, impediment removal and compliance with Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements
  • Applies metrics to assess team delivery, maturity, and performance and identifies and shares improvement opportunities with the team
  • Partners with product stakeholders to ensure the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog
  • Provides coaching and mentoring to the team for them to become high performing by collaborating, focusing on continuous improvement including cross-training, and sharing knowledge on scrum practices and Agile principles
  • Leads scaled planning for the team including Pre Planning/Preparation and Program Increment Planning Events) and represents the team in Scrum of Scrums/Agile Release Train Syncs
  • Lead the Solution Train across ARTs, suppliers, and shared services.
  • Orchestrate Solution PI Planning
  • Manage cross-ART dependencies and sequencing
  • Drive flow optimization at scale
  • Partner with architects on runway and NFRs
  • Coordinate end-to-end release readiness
  • Own solution-level RAID management
  • Ensure security, compliance, and audit readiness
  • Support DevSecOps maturity
  • Coach RTEs, Scrum Masters, and teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or delivery lead.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Experience working with infrastructure, network services, or hosting-related technologies.
  • Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive team performance in complex environments.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience within Core Technology Infrastructure (CTI) or Network Services organizations.
  • Familiarity with Internal Hosting, data center, or cloud infrastructure domains.
  • Experience supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and PI planning.
  • Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master 6 CSM, SAFe Scrum Master).
