Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Lead and facilitate daily stand up meetings to ensure team alignment and progress.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to create, refine, and prioritize user stories, and ensure appropriate assignment to team members.
• Create and manage new sprints as needed to support delivery timelines.
• Oversee testing and validation activities, ensuring that related tasks are properly created, tracked, and closed.
• Maintain the Task Board by creating, updating, and closing work items throughout the sprint lifecycle.
• Facilitate and/or participate in HAM and CMDB related meetings to drive process improvements and resolve blockers.
• Update asset and configuration items daily as part of the Advanced Shipping Notice (ASN) process.
• Review and resolve exception tasks generated by the daily ASN workflow.
• Create new hardware model records and update existing ones as necessary to maintain data accuracy.
• Review and approve tasks assigned to the CMDB assignment group to ensure the run team can execute them efficiently.
• Monitor HAM dashboards and perform data cleanup activities to improve accuracy and compliance.
• Diagnose and resolve HAM related issues reported by the run team or end users.
• Partner with the HAM architect to design, review, and enhance HAM processes and workflows.
• Manage the annual TEMA fixed asset inventory process, typically conducted in the fall.
• Perform testing and validation activities for HAM/CMDB related development work.
• Create and update operational and process documentation as required.
• Collaborate with the CMDB Product Owner to provide feedback on CMDB processes and troubleshoot identified issues.

Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per annum
