Reporting to: Global Engineering Director

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support product development initiatives within a manufacturing and OEM environment. This role is responsible for driving day-to-day project execution using Agile/Scrum principles while ensuring delivery on time, on specification, and on cost. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader to the development team, removing impediments, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to Scrum processes throughout the product development lifecycle.

What You'll Do

  • Agile & Scrum Leadership
  • Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more product development teams, ensuring consistent application and adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach the team on Agile best practices, continuous improvement, and self-organization within a manufacturing/OEM context.


  • Project & Sprint Execution
  • Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure sprint goals are clearly defined, tracked, and achieved.
  • Partner with Product Owners and technical leads to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and alignment to program milestones.
  • Monitor sprint progress, velocity, and risks, proactively addressing issues that could impact delivery.


  • Impediment Removal & Risk Management
  • Identify, escalate, and remove impediments that block team productivity or delivery.
  • Actively manage dependencies and risks across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and external partners.
  • Drive resolution of issues impacting scope, schedule, cost, or product specifications.


  • Cross-Functional & External Coordination
  • Coordinate with cross-functional managers and stakeholders (Sales Eng/ Product Owners, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Program Management and other functions).
  • Align priorities across internal teams and external suppliers, partners, or OEM customers as needed.
  • Ensure effective communication and transparency across all levels of the organization.


  • Delivery Accountability
  • Support delivery of product development projects that meet defined performance, quality, cost, and timing objectives.
  • Track and report progress against milestones, sprint goals, and overall project deliverables.
  • Reinforce disciplined execution while balancing Agile flexibility with manufacturing and OEM delivery requirements.


Additional Expectations

  • Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
  • Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
  • Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
  • Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience applying Scrum within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, aerospace, or OEM product development
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project delivery fundamentals.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex dependencies.
    Preferred
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, or equivalent).
  • Experience working with hardware-software integrated products.
  • Familiarity with stage-gate, APQP, or hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models.
  • Experience coordinating with suppliers or external development partners.
