Scrum Master / Agile Project Manager

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, values, principles, and practices.
  • Experience working across multiple Agile teams.
  • Understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Strong technical background with familiarity in software development concepts, workflows, and development processes.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and servant-leadership skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build trust across teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile Metrics Portal (AMP) metrics.
