Your primary focus will be coaching teams and stakeholders to continuously improve how they collaborate, plan, and deliver results. You will work closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, and leaders to strengthen agile ways of working, help teams remove obstacles, and foster a culture of learning and innovation. Success in this role comes from helping teams grow in effectiveness, ownership, and delivery capability.

What You Will Do- Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement to strengthen delivery outcomes.
- Help teams develop effective ways of planning, collaborating, and inspecting and adapting their work.
- Facilitate key Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.) while encouraging increasing team ownership of these activities.
- Guide teams in identifying improvement opportunities and experimenting with new ways of working.
- Partner with Product Owners to strengthen backlog clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business outcomes.
- Identify impediments to team progress and help address them at the team, program, or organizational level.
- Encourage transparency and coach teams to use metrics and feedback to improve predictability and flow.
- Foster strong collaboration among developers, Product Owners, architects, and stakeholders.
- Support the broader organization in understanding and evolving Agile ways of working.
Qualifications You Must Have- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master or coaching Agile teams.
- Experience implementing Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Experience In leading/coaching teams in technical environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.

- Experience with Agile collaboration tools such as JIRA or Confluence.
- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent) are helpful but not required.
- Experience in software development, product management, or technical delivery contexts.

Remote: This position currently is designated as remote. Employees who are working in remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home) but may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. The successful candidate for this role will be required to reside and work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. territories).

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
