Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a high-performing team culture while ensuring alignment with AEM development best practices and business goals.
Key Responsibilities - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
- Coach and mentor AEM development teams on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog specific to AEM features and enhancements.
- Ensure timely delivery of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) to stakeholders.
- Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including UX, QA, DevOps, and content authors.
- Ensure compliance with AEM architecture standards, governance, and performance benchmarks.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with at least 1+ year on AEM projects.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager architecture, components, and workflows.
- Experience with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 89,000 to 124,000.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
