Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in a relevant field, with at least 4 years in Robotic/Embedded/Manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering discipline.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
• Hands-on experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
• Experience managing multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Scrum Master Certification (e.g., CSM) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, and lead Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Guide breakdown of work into manageable tasks and actionable items.
• Coach teams on Scrum principles to foster a high-performing environment.
• Ensure transparency in workflow steps and maintain delivery momentum.
• Identify and remove obstacles affecting team productivity.
• Collaborate with development and project teams for effective planning and prioritization.
• Conduct retrospectives based on team feedback for continuous improvement.
• Facilitate backlog grooming sessions to prepare upcoming work.
