Full Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation on the Supply Chain & Network Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting supply chain risk management strategy, governance, and guidebook development for government clients.
  • Provide strategic advisory services aligned to established supply chain risk management leading practices.
  • Lead the annual update cycle for an enterprise supply chain risk management guidebook, incorporating changes to frameworks, policies, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Facilitate senior-level working groups and coordinate input across multiple organizations, business units, and stakeholder groups.
  • Manage comments resolution and feedback adjudication processes to support enterprise review and governance activities.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align supply chain risk management activities with broader defense and government standards.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain risk management, supply chain strategy, or operational risk management
  • 4+ years of experience with National Institute of Standards and Technology Risk Management Framework and supply chain risk management frameworks
  • 4+ years of experience authoring technical documentation, guidebooks, policies, or governance materials
  • 4+ years of experience facilitating working sessions and providing policy analysis and advisory support across stakeholder groups
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
  • Ability to travel onsite 5 days a week in Cincinnati, OH
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
  • 5+ years of experience supporting defense, federal, or large public sector organizations
  • 5+ years of experience with International Organization for Standardization 31000 or National Institute of Standards and Technology Special Publication 800-161
  • 5+ years of experience supporting comments resolution, governance reviews, or enterprise policy adjudication processes
  • 5+ years of experience developing executive-ready deliverables for senior government stakeholders
