Full Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a Scientist in Large Molecule Bioanalysis to support preclinical development of peptides, antibodies, proteins, ADCs, and other protein conjugates. The role will primarily involve hands-on development and application of hybrid LC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS methods for quantitative bioanalysis and biotransformation assessment.

Your Contributions (include, but are not limited to):
  • Develop and apply hybrid LC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS methods for peptide and protein quantitation in biological matrices
  • Develop, optimize, and apply hybrid LC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS methods for peptide and protein quantitation in biological matrices
  • Support bioanalysis of samples from preclinical PK/TK and other nonclinical studies
  • Perform immunoprecipitation/immunoaffinity enrichment, protein digestion, and surrogate peptide quantitation
  • Perform intact protein analysis, peptide mapping, and bottom-up LC-HRMS analysis
  • Support biotransformation assessment of ADCs and protein conjugates using hybrid LC-HRMS
  • Analyze, document, and communicate experimental results and contribute to method improvements


Requirements:
  • BS in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience in bioanalysis or MS with some industry experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience with LC-MS analysis of proteins or peptides in plasma, serum, tissue, or other biological matrices
  • Experience with hybrid LC-MS, immunoaffinity workflows, protein digestion, and high-resolution MS
  • Experience with peptide/protein quantitation and bioanalytical method development
  • Experience supporting preclinical bioanalysis and/or GLP method transfer is preferred
  • Familiarity with Skyline, Analyst, TraceFinder, Chromeleon, or BioPharma Finder is beneficial

The annual base salary we reasonably expect to pay is $89,800.00-$123,000.00. Individual pay decisions depend on various factors, such as primary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20% of the earned base salary and eligibility to participate in our equity based long term incentive program. Benefits offered include a retirement savings plan (with company match), paid vacation, holiday and personal days, paid caregiver/parental and medical leave, and health benefits to include medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans.
