Make a meaningful impact this school year by helping students find their voice and reach their goals! Cross Country Education is seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to provide vital support to K-12 students throughout the upcoming school year in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Position Overview:
  • Deliver speech-language services to students across K-12 grade levels to support communication development and academic success.
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions aligned with student goals.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and individualized goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and professional standards.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid Florida Speech-Language Pathologist Credential/Licensure
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
    • Clinical Fellows may be considered with appropriate supervision
  • School-based experience preferred
