School Social Worker - School-Based (In-Person)
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $50.00 - $53.00 per hour
Location: Plymouth/Canton, MI (Primary need in Plymouth, MI)
Onsite - In Person Only

Position Summary
RCM Health Care Services is seeking a full-time School Social Worker to provide in-person services to middle school students in the Plymouth, MI area for the 2026-2027 school year. This role focuses on supporting students' social-emotional development, conducting assessments, and implementing intervention strategies within a collaborative school setting. Candidates must have experience developing Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP) and be available for immediate interviews.

Key Duties:

  • Conduct assessments using school records, interviews, and observations to determine student needs
  • Develop and implement FBAs and BIPs

Requirements
Education

  • Required: Master's degree in Social Work

Licenses & Certifications

  • Required: Valid Michigan Social Worker License
  • Required: Approval (or eligibility) as a School Social Worker in Michigan

Additional Requirements
