School Psychologist - School-BasedTheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated
School Psychologist to join our team for a full-time, school-based opportunity in
Cincincatti, OH for the 2026-2027 school year.
This position serves students and includes evaluations, consultation, eligibility and diagnostic services, and student support. You'll work collaboratively with educators, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary team members, with support from both the school district and TheraPeds Partners.
Position Details- Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
- School year: 2026-2027, August through May/June
- Grades: High School
- Location: Cincinatti, OH
- Setting: On-site, in-person
- Pay: $55-$75/hour, based on experience and employment arrangement
- Guaranteed hours, including designated documentation, administrative, and planning time

What You'll DoAs a school-based School Psychologist, you'll support students' academic, behavioral, social, and emotional needs while helping multidisciplinary teams make informed educational decisions.
Responsibilities may include:- Conducting comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations and assessments
- Participating in referral, evaluation, eligibility, reevaluation, and diagnostic processes
- Interpreting assessment results and preparing comprehensive written reports
- Participating in the development and implementation of IEPs
- Providing consultation to teachers, administrators, families, and other school professionals
- Supporting students in accordance with their IEPs and identified educational needs
- Participating in eligibility, IEP, multidisciplinary, and problem-solving team meetings
- Providing student services and interventions within the scope of the position
- Collaborating with special education teams, general education staff, related-service providers, and families
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Supporting compliance with IDEA, district procedures, and applicable state and federal special education requirements
RequirementsWhat We're Looking For- Master's degree or higher in School Psychology
- Active or eligible for the appropriate Ohio School Psychologist credential/certification
- NASP/NCSP credential preferred, but not required
- Two or more years of school psychology experience preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of psychoeducational assessment, counseling, consultation, and special education eligibility processes
- Experience working with children and adolescents
- Understanding of IDEA, IEPs, and multidisciplinary special education practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with technology used for assessment, documentation, and communication
- Ability to successfully complete required fingerprinting and background clearances
- Ability to collaborate professionally with students, families, educators, administrators, and related-service professionals
- Professionalism, discretion, and respect for student and family confidentiality
Physical RequirementsSchool-based services require participation in a variety of educational environments. The School Psychologist must be able to perform the physical functions necessary to fulfill assigned responsibilities, which may include sitting, standing, walking, bending, reaching, transitioning between school environments, and engaging with students in various educational settings.
All responsibilities will be performed in accordance with assigned duties, district safety requirements, and applicable accommodations.
