For the 26/27 SY | $48-$57/hr | Full-Time | Rensselaer, IN | School-Based | School Psychologist License Required

About the Role: Provide school psychology services to students in K-12 school settings. You'll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to help students improve communication skills and access their education. This role collaborates closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes

What You'll Do:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of cognitive, emotional, adaptive, and behavioral functioning using a range of standardized tests.
  • Develop and consult on individualized education plans (IEPs) and 504 plans based on assessment data. Create evidence-based interventions and strategies.
  • Provide crisis support during emergencies and offer training to school staff on mental health, behavior management, and instructional strategies.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress. Prepare detailed reports for IEP meetings, evaluations, and other necessary documentation.
  • Actively participate in team meetings to review and plan student interventions.


What we're looking for:

Must Have:
  • Department of Education School Psychologist Certification in the state where services are delivered
  • Criminal Background and DCS Check
  • Eligibility to work in the US

Preferred:
  • One year of experience in School Psychology
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and special education programs
  • Experience with school-based caseload management
