School Partnership Director

Point Quest Group | Business Development | California & West Coast

The Role

As a School Partnership Director, you'll be part strategist, part connector, and part advocate-helping school districts across California and the West Coast envision what's possible when the right supports are in place.

You'll:
  • Build and nurture trust-based relationships with Special Education Directors, Superintendents, and district leadership
  • Lead full-cycle business development from prospecting through contract execution
  • Develop tailored proposals showcasing our service delivery model, clinician quality, and compliance infrastructure
  • Navigate district procurement timelines, board approvals, and contract negotiations
  • Lead and mentor School Partnership Representatives to generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline
  • Independently manage a large, complex West Coast territory
  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts (SLP, OT, Behavioral Health, Mental Health services)
  • Conduct post-launch check-ins to ensure satisfaction and renewal readiness
  • Partner with internal service delivery and clinical teams to ensure seamless account launches
  • Represent Point Quest Group at key SPED conferences and district events


You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
  • Have 5+ years of experience in K-12 business development or educational services sales
  • Bachelor's degreein a clinical, education, or business field required.
  • Credentials, licensure, or certification in a related services discipline are a plus but not required
  • Have a clinical or administrative background in special education (SLP, OT, School Psychology, BCBA) or related field (preferred)
  • Hold a Master's degree required in Education, Special Education, Speech-Language Pathology, School Psychology, Counseling, or related field (preferred)
  • Know how to close six-figure, multi-year contracts with school districts
  • Understand California's SELPA structure, special education law (IDEA), and district procurement processes
  • Are driven by goals; but even more motivated by purpose and student outcomes
  • Thrive managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
