Help elementary students build the skills they need to thrive! Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students across multiple elementary school sites in Buckeye, AZ

Position Overview:
  • Conduct assessments of students' fine motor, visual-motor, and sensory processing abilities to determine eligibility and develop individualized goals.
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions across multiple elementary school sites, adapting strategies to support diverse student needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to implement classroom accommodations and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, monitor student progress, and adjust treatment plans to maximize student independence.

Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Arizona Occupational Therapist License
  • Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-aged students preferred; school-based experience is a plus
