About the RoleHello, School Counselors! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a full-time School Counselor for a K-12 school setting in Windsor, CO. In this role, you'll support students' social-emotional, behavioral, and academic success while collaborating closely with educators, families, and school teams. We welcome both experienced school counselors and professionals transitioning into the school setting.

What You'll Do- Provide individual and group counseling services to students
- Support students with social-emotional learning, behavior, and mental health needs
- Conduct risk assessments and assist with crisis intervention as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
- Participate in student support team meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
- Develop and implement interventions to improve student success and well-being
- Assist students with conflict resolution, self-advocacy, and coping skills
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements
- Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive school climate
What We're Looking For- Master's degree in School Counseling, Counseling, or a related field
- Valid Colorado CDE School Counselor License (or ability to obtain by start date)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for supporting student growth and success
- School-based experience preferred, but not required
