Norwalk, CT.Position Overview- Provide physical therapy support to K-12 students under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist with implementing individualized therapy plans and exercises designed to improve students' mobility, strength, balance, and functional skills.
- Collaborate with physical therapists, educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and participation in the school environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress while following applicable professional and school-based standards.
Qualifications - Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program
- Valid Connecticut Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License
- School-based experience preferred; strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with K-12 students
