Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP) to join the Adena Family Medicine at the brand-new
Warrior Wellness Center in Frankfort, OH! This CNP will serve students, families, and the community surrounding Frankfort and Clarksburg, OH. The ideal candidate will be a qualified CNP who has at least one year experience in primary care, be able to work independently, and who is passionate about children/school-based health.
Position OverviewAs a school based, primary care
Certified Nurse Practitioner (CNP), you will focus on
direct patient care, providing clinical services, working in conjunction with collaborating physicians. Services include wellness visits, sports physicals, treating acute illness or injuries, immunizations, screenings, prescribing medications, chronic disease management such as asthma and diabetes, as well as addressing mental health and behavioral issues. APPs promote patient wellness via education of the patient, staff, and community.

Schedule & Practice Details- Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
- Provider Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, year-round
- Setting: Outpatient clinic in the Warrior Wellness Center
- EMR: Epic
Qualifications- At least one year experience as an APP working in a primary care setting.
- Ability to work independently
Compensation & Benefits- Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 (up to $30,000 based on experience)
- Relocation Assistance:Up to $15,000 in reimbursable expenses
- CME Allowance: $2,000 annually
- Public Student Loan Forgiveness (PSLF): Certified eligible employer
