Step into a pivotal leadership role and help shape the future of student behavioral support! Cross Country Education is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support community schools and serve as a district-level Behavior Support Consultant for thein the La Plata, MD area.

Position Overview:
  • Standardize and oversee a cohesive behavior program while analyzing behavioral data and guiding implementation of evidence-based practices across schools.
  • Conduct behavioral program reviews, provide consultative support to school leaders, and recommend data-driven interventions to support student success.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior specialists, social workers, and mental health professionals.
  • Leverage the individual strengths of the existing multidisciplinary team to foster a collaborative and effective behavioral support network.
