Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support community schools and serve as a district-level Behavior Support Consultant for thein the
La Plata, MD area.Position Overview: - Standardize and oversee a cohesive behavior program while analyzing behavioral data and guiding implementation of evidence-based practices across schools.
- Conduct behavioral program reviews, provide consultative support to school leaders, and recommend data-driven interventions to support student success.
- Provide supervision and mentorship to behavior specialists, social workers, and mental health professionals.
- Leverage the individual strengths of the existing multidisciplinary team to foster a collaborative and effective behavioral support network.
Qualifications: - Master's Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
- Current Maryland Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) License (or eligibility)
- 5+ years of school-based experience spanning general and/or special education environments
- Prior experience in a supervisory or consultative role
- Experience implementing behavior programs across multiple sites
