Who You Are:
The School Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for School Client Administrators and who are part of our ExtensisHR PEO School client base.This person will serve as the conduit between the client and the Extensis Service Team to make sure these high-level clientsneeds are understood, met, and exceeded.This person should serve as a combination of customer service, technical support, HR and Payroll support and address reporting requirements.At times this person will also assist sales on calls, presentations, and training.
What You'll Do:
- Act as a primary point of contact for school administrators
- Facilitate support for the client on administrative, HR and Payroll related items as necessary
- Facilitate and coordinate work to be done for the client or employees on a scheduled and as needed basis
- Provide professional high level customer service to both the client admin and key decision makers
- Closely monitor and assist with various client projects, benefit renewal and employee onboarding
- Understand and coordinate client specific reporting requirements
- Plan and coordinate onsite client visits quarterly or as needed alone or with supporting team members
- Coordinate or assist training strategies using Vector K-12 and/or ExtensisHR LMS
- Assist with sales with prospect meetings as the person responsible for servicing the accounts
- Assist with sales and broker with training and value proposition of School services
- Facilitate and assist with servicing of additional vendor relationships
- Provide analysis of services used by clients and time utilization
- Curate and grow a referenceable client list based on School services
This role requires travel of approximately 30-50%, including multi-state travel as needed to support business operations and client relationships.
What You Bring:
- 5+years of experience working in a professional setting
- 5+ years of experience working in the school market
- Strong grasp of Leave of Absence management
- Experience working inPEO Industry is a plus
- Experience in HR and Payroll is preferred
- Bachelors degree
- SHRM Preferred
- Strong Attention to detail; organized
- Self-Motivated/self-starter
- Strong project management skills
- Business Acumen
- Strong communication skills and excellent writing skills
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills

Position Salary: $110,000-135,000 annually, commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs. This role is eligible for variable compensation, subject to the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
