Job Summary:

The Scholars Program Manager leads the execution, performance, and continuous improvement of the ECMC Scholars Programa comprehensive college access and success initiative supporting students from high school through postsecondary completion. This role is responsible for program outcomes, scholarship operations, partner engagement, and data-driven enhancements to ensure a high-quality, scalable student experience aligned with ECMCs mission.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leads end-to-end delivery and performance of the ECMC Scholars Program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and program goals.

  • Oversees scholarship operations, including eligibility tracking, fund distribution, and coordination with internal and external partners.

  • Drives program effectiveness through data analysis, defining KPIs, monitoring outcomes, and implementing continuous improvements.

  • Manages and optimizes program systems and tools (e.g., scholarship platform, Salesforce integration) to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Develops and maintains program infrastructure, including onboarding materials, agreements, and resources to support sustainability and growth.

  • Builds and manages relationships with school-based coordinators, postsecondary partners, and vendors to support consistent program delivery.

  • Provides training, guidance, and support to high school partners to ensure strong execution of program milestones and student engagement.

  • Leads design and delivery of student-facing programming, communications, and resources across the high school and postsecondary experience.

  • Oversees development and implementation of postsecondary coaching strategies, driving student persistence, engagement, and completion outcomes.

  • Serves as a subject matter expert on student success trends, identifying barriers and recommending enhancements to improve program impact.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree

  • 5+ years of experience in program, project, or relationship management

  • Knowledge of college access, financial aid, or student success programming

  • Experience working with diverse or underserved student populations

  • Ability to travel up to 20%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree

  • Experience in scholarship programs, nonprofit, or education-focused organizations

The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as relevant experience, peer and market benchmarks, and geographic location.
