About the role:

As a Scheduling Lead you will lead the most complex project scheduling efforts. You will provide technical leadership, mentoring, and strategic guidance within Project Controls and may participate in functional strategy development. You will provide scheduling expertise and broad cross-disciplinary business knowledge to anticipate challenges, influence decision-making, and ensure understanding of organizational goals.

You will report to the Director of Project Excellence and be located at Rock Hill and to work in a hybrid capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be an organizational expert and authority in Project Controls and Scheduling for complex, high-impact projects.
  • Lead the development, integration, and oversight of advanced and complex production and project schedules.
  • Apply expert-level technical and business knowledge to resolve the most complex, non-standard scheduling, operational, and execution challenges.
  • Be the lead contributor and strategic advisor, supporting leadership decision-making and business planning activities.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to schedulers and cross-functional teams; act as a facilitator and trusted advisor.
  • Work across departments and functional boundaries, including areas outside direct scheduling expertise.
  • Anticipate internal and external business and regulatory challenges and recommend process, system, or product improvements.
  • Manage resource requirements and align scheduling plans with broader business and operational needs.
  • Identify risks and potential problems; develop solutions aligned with organizational goals.
  • Manage plans to achieve strategic and operational goals.
  • Help develop business strategy through applied expertise and leadership insight.
  • Lead or mentor other schedulers and teams; promote best practices and continuous improvement across the organization.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant Project Controls and/or project scheduling experience, including responsibility for complex projects and leadership roles.


We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 116,800 to 146,000 per year.
