Responsibilities

  • Consider manufacturing specifics when scheduling maintenance.
  • Notify management of potential issues with the maintenance schedule.
  • Manage the Work Order backlog and report on overdue maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, ethical practices, and cGMP requirements.

Job Description

The Scheduler/Planner Maintenance will

  1. Coordinate Maintenance Planning as assigned and prepare contract/special project teams or shutdown teams as needed.
  2. Serve as the primary contact for Production Lines regarding scheduling/planning of maintenance for their areas.
  3. Meet with production representatives and Maintenance department stakeholders frequently to ensure efficiency of Maintenance activities.
  4. Be aware of the nuances of manufacturing on each Production Line taking those into account when scheduling maintenance for each area.
  5. Apprise management in a timely manner of all potential or actual problems in meeting the scheduled Maintenance plan.
  6. Take ownership of the WO backlog in area(s) assigned and provide feedback to management concerning the impact of overdue PM's or extensions.
  7. Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, ethical practices and cGMP requirements.
  8. Work with Production Scheduling and Planning groups to create windows for Maintenance.
  9. Create material kits and tasks lists for WO's.
  10. Review work notifications in SAP and generate monthly PM's.


Qualifications

Education
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.

Skills
  • 5 Years' experience in Maintenance trades required.
  • Project Plus certification preferred.
  • Critical Path Scheduling Method and Scheduling Tools preferred.
  • Ability to Read Plant and Production Schedules.
  • Strong Attention to Detail.
  • Ability to Communicate Effectively Across all Levels of the Organization.
  • Ability to Influence Change and Manage Outcomes.

Location: Spokane, WA - On Site, Full- -Time

Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00 to 4:30pm
