Full Job Description
GENERAL SUMMARY

Schedule plant activities (date, time, sequence) for all plant organizations. Develop system window schedules to support on-line maintenance and/or outage management. Perform schedule maintenance using Asset Suite and Primavera scheduling tools. Assist the Lead Outage Scheduler and Outage Manager with outage activities related to development of detailed plans/schedules, resolving conflicts with schedule adherence, and developing outage shut down risk profiles.

Support the Columbia Generating Station Emergency Plan by performing drill and exercise, on call, training, and qualification activities when required.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Assist in the development of on-line and/or outage schedules for Columbia Generating Station.
  • Assist as required in executing Asset Suite and Primavera interface programs necessary to develop and manage schedules, resource requirements, and crew assignments.
  • Provide reports to assist management in identifying scope for system windows, implementation during outage and non-outage times.
  • Update Asset Suite and Primavera schedule status for work orders.
  • Assist in maintaining performance indicators for Planning Scheduling and Outage group


OTHER DUTIES:
  • Must participate on the Emergency Response Team (ERO) when designated.
  • Must support the biennial refueling outage.


Must provide support to the Outage Command Center (OCC).

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, Nuclear Technology, or Computer Science AND 8 years of experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or technical project management:

OR Associate's degree in a technical field involving Mechanical, Electrical or Nuclear Engineering, Nuclear Technology, or Computer Science AND 10 years of experience in operations, maintenance, engineering or technical project management:

OR High school diploma or GED AND 12 years of experience in a journey level craft, qualified watch station, field engineer, technical project management or Quality Control position within operations, maintenance, engineering, or quality assurance.

Pay Range
$126,362.00 - $189,542.00 Annual
Midpoint:
$157,952.00

Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.

Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.

This role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
