Title: Schedule Planner - 120754

Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Schedule Planner for JD Horicon Works located in Horicon, WI , you will:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to support manufacturing operations
- Coordinate daily and long-range scheduling activities to ensure alignment with production plans, material availability, and capacity constraints
- Partner with Operations, Supply Management, and Engineering teams to resolve constraints and maintain schedule adherence
- Manage schedule changes, priorities, and recovery plans in response to demand or supply disruptions
- Support part transitions, engineering changes, and build plan adjustments to ensure smooth execution
- Communicate schedule status, risks, and recovery actions to cross-functional stakeholders

What Skills You Need- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for scheduling, tracking, and reporting
- Proven ability to coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of SAP
What Makes You Stand Out- Experience in production control, scheduling, supply management, or manufacturing operations
- Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) concepts and scheduling tools
- Ability to analyze data trends and translate insights into actionable plans
- Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
EducationIdeally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or equivalent related work experience
