Function: Operations (CA)
Title: Schedule Planner - 120754
Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Schedule Planner for JD Horicon Works located in Horicon, WI , you will:

  • Develop and maintain production schedules to support manufacturing operations
  • Coordinate daily and long-range scheduling activities to ensure alignment with production plans, material availability, and capacity constraints
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Management, and Engineering teams to resolve constraints and maintain schedule adherence
  • Manage schedule changes, priorities, and recovery plans in response to demand or supply disruptions
  • Support part transitions, engineering changes, and build plan adjustments to ensure smooth execution
  • Communicate schedule status, risks, and recovery actions to cross-functional stakeholders

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for scheduling, tracking, and reporting
  • Proven ability to coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP


What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience in production control, scheduling, supply management, or manufacturing operations
  • Familiarity with Material Requirements Planning (MRP) concepts and scheduling tools
  • Ability to analyze data trends and translate insights into actionable plans
  • Experience with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus


Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or equivalent related work experience
