SCADA Programmer, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing the PLC and SCADA systems that help utilities and industrial customers monitor, control, and optimize their operations.

What You'll Do- Develop and configure PLC programs using ladder logic, structured text, and function block programming.
- Design and build SCADA and HMI applications that provide customers with intuitive, user-friendly system visibility and control.
- Translate engineering control narratives into functional automation solutions.
- Configure communications, RTUs, and industrial networking components.
- Test, troubleshoot, and validate PLC and SCADA systems before deployment.
- Support startup, commissioning, and integration activities both remotely and onsite.
- Partner with automation engineers, project managers, and field teams to deliver successful customer projects.
- Document system configurations, programming standards, and project changes.
What Makes You a Great Fit- 3+ years of experience developing PLC logic and configuring SCADA/HMI systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and P&IDs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across controls, networking, and industrial systems.
- Experience with PLC platforms, FactoryTalk Linx, and SCADA software.
- Ability to translate technical requirements into reliable, scalable automation solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Bonus Points For- Experience in water/wastewater, utility, or industrial automation environments.
- Experience designing operator-friendly HMI and SCADA interfaces.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and control system integration.
