Job Duties
As our
SC Finance Director, you will successfully combine the expertise in supply chain management with financial oversight and leadership. You'll work closely with supply chain, operational and finance leaders in KONE Americas to ensure that supply chain activities are cost-effective and driving cost competitiveness of offering and bringing relevant information about that to decision making. This role is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the financial strategy and cost optimization and aligning that to KONE's strategic objectives.
You will bring years of progressive and successful leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives to KONE. You will use the knowledge gained through your bachelor's or master's degree in finance, supply chain management, or business administration (often with professional certifications CPA, CMA, or CSCP). You will need advanced knowledge of supply chain processes including logistics and inventory management, strong financial acumen, including financial planning, forecasting and costing.

Annual Base Pay Range:The hiring range for this role is $183,800 - $241,185. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate's ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location.
Variable CompensationKONE Annual Bonus plan at 25% Target Incentive (70/30) based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
