Position: SAP HCM Payroll Consultant - Turkish Payroll
Location: Spain, Granada

The Role

The Consultant has deep expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and is recognized as a trusted authority within their domain. They are responsible for defining, configuring, and delivering project tasks across all phases of implementation and support to ensure reliable and compliant payroll operations.

The Consultant actively contributes to knowledge sharing initiatives and works closely with other Strada teams to identify and deliver the best functional and technical solutions. A strong understanding of Turkish payroll legislation and fluency in Turkish are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

In addition to the tasks common to all Strada employees, the specific responsibilities for this position include:

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support and configuration within the SAP HCM environment, with a primary focus on Turkish Payroll and Time Management.
  • Resolve complex payroll-related issues, including schema and rule adjustments, wage types, payroll calculations, absence management, and legal reporting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Turkish statutory and regulatory requirements and support year-end activities and legislative updates.
  • Collaborate on service improvements for customer-specific solutions and the broader SAP HCM platform.
  • Define and document functional and technical specifications based on business requirements.
  • Perform integrated testing to ensure solutions meet customer and business requirements.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members and junior consultants.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across projects.
  • Apply structured problem-solving and project management methodologies.
  • Maintain relevant SAP certifications and stay up to date with SAP HCM and payroll technologies.
  • Propose and implement solutions that enhance performance, quality, and service efficiency.
  • Act as a subject matter expert within the team, ensuring delivery quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
