  • Serve as the primary liaison between North American teams and the India-based GCC, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and successfully delivered.
  • Lead requirements workshops, process reviews, solution discussions, backlog refinement, and sprint planning activities.

  • A collaborative leader who builds strong relationships across cultures, functions, and geographic regions.
  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels, from roadmap planning to issue resolution.
  • An effective communicator skilled at aligning business stakeholders, technical teams, and offshore delivery partners.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to support collaboration across North American and India time zones.

YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of SAP functional experience, including deep expertise in SAP SD (Order-to-Cash) and/or SAP MM (Procure-to-Pay).
  • Hands-on SAP configuration experience and the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP issues.
  • Experience working with global delivery models and India-based offshore or GCC teams.
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC AFS, SAP S/4HANA Fashion, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Strong working knowledge of ABAP, including the ability to review, debug, and trace custom and standard code to resolve complex SAP application issues and provide technical guidance for new development efforts.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, SAP integrations (IDocs, APIs, EDI, middleware), and WMS/3PL environments. Preferred
