Job Description: Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and collaborative SAP Supply Chain Manager to join our Americas regional supply chain team and drive performance improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Americas Supply Chain Director, this highly visible role offers broad cross-functional exposure and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on planning transformation, process discipline, execution excellence, and regional alignment. Roles & Responsibilities • Provide deep functional expertise in SAP, IBP, Power BI, and core supply chain processes, including demand and supply planning, inventory management, and capacity/constraint management. • Regularly assess the technical supply chain maturity of the Americas organization and identify development opportunities. • Design and implement a standardized training program aligned with business priorities and technical assessment outcomes. • Develop and sustain a strong Key User community to drive system adoption and best practices. • Lead planning transformation initiatives across the Americas region, ensuring alignment with global strategy. • Analyze vendor and production planning processes, information flows, and manual interventions using process mapping and analytics tools to identify automation and simplification opportunities. • Coordinate the SAP HANA rollout for the Supply Chain Planning organization across the Americas. • Stay current with emerging technologies (AI, automation, analytics) and assess their applicability to planning and S&OE transformation. • Prepare and deliver clear, compelling presentations and recommendations to senior leadership and steering committees. • Collaborate cross-functionally with supply planning, manufacturing, customer service, procurement, logistics, and the Inventory Champion to ensure alignment, adoption, and successful execution of transformation programs. • Support strong regional performance while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. • Travel requirement: 25-50% What your background should look like • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Equivalent work experience • Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain within a global manufacturing environment • Proven project management and/or leadership experience in a regional or multi-site role • Expert-level proficiency in SAP and IBP • Demonstrated success delivering complex, high-impact projects with measurable business results and strong stakeholder adoption • Proven ability to operate in a techno-functional role, bridging business needs and technical solutions • Strong understanding of analytics, data governance, and digital transformation enablers • Ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across cultures, functions, and global teams • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Competencies SET : Strategy, Execution, Talent (for managers) COMPENSATION • Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $124,800 - $160,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location) • Posted salary ranges are made in good faith.
