The Work:
Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality
Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Here’s what you need:
Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience
Minimum 3 year of SuccessFactors Compensation and Compensation Strategy experience
Minimum 3 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project with on- and off-shore resources
Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation and other SuccessFactors areas
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

You can grasp a solution, talk about its business objective, and configure the solution and tools
You’re an ace at managing and delivering projects
