POSITION SUMMARY

The Senior Manager SAP Solutions and Delivery owns functional solution design and architecture through program delivery, adoption, and long-term solution strategy. This senior leadership role directs the SAP Solution Architecture team across all functional modules, leads the delivery of major SAP programs (including the BTS Manufacturing S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation), and serves as the critical bridge between business needs and SAP technical/functional execution. The role is accountable for delivery quality, solution standards, and building durable, forward-looking SAP capability for the organization.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and develop the SAP Solution Architecture team across all functional modules (Finance/FICO, Manufacturing/PP, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Materials Management, and Reporting), ensuring solution designs are business-aligned, standards-based, and supportable long-term.
• Own end-to-end delivery and program execution for major SAP initiatives, beginning with the BTS Manufacturing S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation - accountable for scope, timelines, delivery quality, risk/issue management, and cross-workstream coordination.
• Serve as the primary bridge between the business and SAP technical/functional delivery; translate business priorities into actionable solution commitments and clear decision-making.
• Define and evolve the long-term SAP solution roadmap; evaluate new SAP capabilities, adjacent technologies, and delivery models to keep Agiliti's SAP landscape modern and effective.
• Establish and enforce solution governance, design authority, and RACI across Solution Architecture, Technical Engineering, and Product teams.
• Partner with the PMO, delivery partners/System Integrators, and offshore resources to ensure disciplined, well-governed multi-vendor delivery.
• Provide senior escalation and decision authority for cross-module and cross-functional solution decisions.
• Manage vendor and partner performance for solution and delivery scope, ensuring value and adherence to commitments.
• Mentor architects and functional leads; build internal SAP capability and reduce key-person dependency.
• Perform additional duties and project-based assignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of SAP experience implementing, enhancing, and supporting large-scale SAP solutions.
• 5+ years of demonstrable experience leading SAP programs and/or cross-functional delivery teams.
• Deep functional expertise in one or more SAP modules; SAP FICO/Finance and Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and modern SAP delivery models (public/private cloud) preferred.
• Proven experience managing System Integrators, consultants, and offshore delivery teams.
• Strong background bridging business and SAP technical/functional delivery.

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. For sales positions, this range combines the base salary and the target incentive pay.
