Roles & Responsibilities
Lead SAP S/4HANA PP/DS solution design, build, testing and deployment for complex manufacturing planning and detailed scheduling.
Define PP/DS planning strategy including planning procedures, heuristics, optimizer profiles, finite scheduling, pegging, alerts, resource/capacity modeling and exception management.
Lead PEO integration design to connect product engineering, manufacturing engineering and production planning processes.
Align PEO Bill of Process, production versions, routings/operations, work centers/resources, shop-floor operation sequences and change management objects with PP/DS planning models.
Assess engineering change impacts on planning, capacity, production sequencing, component availability and manufacturing execution readiness.
Design end-to-end integration across PP/DS, PEO, EWM, QM, MM, SD, aATP, IBP/APO migration and MES/Digital Manufacturing to ensure executable production schedules.
Develop solution architecture, functional specifications, WRICEF inputs, configuration rationale, test scripts and cutover readiness plans.
Support SIT2, SIT3, UAT, mock cutover, data validation and hypercare with focus on planning data quality, capacity constraints, order integration and schedule feasibility.
Partner with business planning, manufacturing engineering, supply chain, quality and shop-floor teams to harmonize global template processes while allowing localization where required.
Drive issue resolution, defect triage, root-cause analysis and stakeholder communication for production planning and PEO integration topics.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Lead workshops with business, IT and SI teams; manage design decisions and open risks.
Coordinate offshore/onshore build, test and defect resolution activities.
Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and translate technical constraints into business impact.
Mentor functional consultants and ensure documentation quality, test coverage and delivery discipline.
