The Opportunity:


CACI is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Defense & Security Functional Lead / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation within a Department of Defense or National Security environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide functional leadership across business-process transformation, SAP Fit-to-Standard (F2S), solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.

  • Work closely with Defense mission stakeholders, Business Process Reengineering (BPR) teams, SAP functional and technical teams, solution architects, integration teams, data teams, cybersecurity teams, testers, and program leadership to translate complex Defense requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.

  • This role requires an individual who can combine Defense mission and logistics knowledge with deep SAP functional expertise while promoting SAP standard capabilities, clean-core principles, and business-process transformation.

Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related discipline; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

  • 10+ years of SAP ERP/SAP functional experience.

  • 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience serving as an SAP Functional Lead, Senior Functional Consultant, or SME.

  • Experience supporting at least one large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation or ERP modernization.

  • Experience leading or supporting SAP Fit-to-Standard workshops.

  • Experience performing SAP fit/gap analysis.

  • Experience translating complex business requirements into SAP functional solutions.

  • Experience developing future-state/To-Be business processes.

  • Experience developing SAP functional specifications.

  • Strong understanding of SAP end-to-end business processes and cross-module integration.

  • Experience with RICEFW/WRICEF requirements and functional design.

  • Experience supporting SAP integration and interface requirements.

  • Experience supporting data migration and conversion activities.

  • Experience with SAP testing, SIT, and UAT.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder-management capabilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • US citizen with an active Secret clearance
