Full Job Description
Job Description: 8+ Year experience
  • SAP S/4HANA Production Support:
  • Provide day-to-day support for SAP S/4HANA systems, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime for users in Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM), Batch Management, and Manufacturing modules.
Issue Resolution & Troubleshooting:
  • Quickly identify and resolve issues in SAP production environments, specifically related to MM, QM, Batch Management, and manufacturing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user concerns and root causes.
System Optimization & Enhancements:
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving SAP S/4HANA performance and processes. Assist in implementing system enhancements and configuring new functionalities to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Quality Management (QM) Support: Provide support for the integration of SAP Quality Management processes, including inspection lots, quality notifications, quality certificates, and integration with manufacturing and materials management.
Materials Management (MM) Process Support:
  • Provide support for procurement, inventory management, and logistics execution, ensuring that MM functionalities align with the company's supply chain and production operations.
  • Batch Management Support:
  • Support SAP Batch Management processes for production, ensuring traceability, batch tracking, and compliance with regulatory requirements in batch production and distribution processes.
GxP Compliance:
  • Ensure that all SAP processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practice (GxP) regulations, specifically in areas related to materials management, manufacturing, and quality control. Collaborate with quality assurance and validation teams to ensure the system is in compliance with industry standards.
User Training & Documentation:
  • Provide end-user training and create documentation related to processes, system changes, and troubleshooting procedures for SAP users across the organization
  • Collaboration with IT & Business Teams:
  • Work closely with the IT team, business users, and external vendors to address system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions. Ensure that system configurations align with business needs and regulatory requirements.
Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Proactively monitor system performance and health, and generate reports for management on system issues, downtime, and enhancements.
