Job Description

As a Lead IT Analyst within Honeywell's Digital Supply Chain (DSC) / Integrated Supply Chain Systems (ICS) organization, you will operate as a senior individual contributor with deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management, including MRP Live and ePPDS modules.

This role is accountable for independently leading the analysis, design, and delivery of complex Production Planning, Execution and Quality Management solutions that support Honeywell's global ISC operating model. You will work with a high degree of autonomy, exercising judgment in ambiguous problem spaces, and influencing outcomes through technical depth, domain expertise, and collaboration rather than positional authority.

You will report to the Director, IT and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA location on a Hybrid work schedule

Hybrid work schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% on-site Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a Lead functional and solution expert for SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and Quality Management solutions, including MRP Live and ePPDS.
  • Lead complex Production planning problems end-to-end, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment for global ISC S/4HANA programs.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to support the realization and evolution of standard ISC Production planning capabilities, aligned to DSC global design principles and architecture standards.
  • Independently partner with ISC business stakeholders to analyze requirements, assess options, and recommend scalable, enterprise-standard solutions.
  • Define and govern production-related integration touchpoints across ISC domains, including Manufacturing, Order Management, Finance, Trade Compliance, Logistics and external partners.
  • Configure and enhance SAP S/4HANA PP solutions while protecting global template integrity and reusability.
  • Actively contribute to testing strategy and execution (Unit, SIT, UAT), resolving complex defects and design gaps.
  • Provide hands-on support during cutover, go-live, and hypercare, addressing high-severity and cross-domain logistics issues
  • Influence adoption of standardized ISC Production processes, supporting governance forums, solution reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide technical and functional mentorship to analysts and project team members through guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing (not direct people management)


Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 10+ years of SAP experience, with substantial delivery responsibility in ISC Manufacturing and Supply Chain environments.
  • Extensive, hands-on SAP S/4HANA deployment experience, including multiple full life cycle global implementations, including S4 MRP Live and ePPDS.
  • 7+ years of deep functional experience in Production planning, Manufacturing execution and Quality Management.
  • Proven ability to independently analyze, design, and deliver complex SAP PP solutions across enterprise landscapes.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end ISC process flows and cross-functional integration dependencies.
  • Demonstrated success operating in a global, matrixed organization, influencing outcomes without formal authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.

  • Track record of successfully delivering global ISC SAP Production Planning solutions.
  • SAP S4 PP Certification.
  • Experience working within template-driven, standardized enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to security, authorization, and compliance considerations for SAP PP, QM processes.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business impact.
  • Strong analytical thinking, documentation discipline, and presentation skills.

Travel: up to 25%, based on ISC deployment needs.
