Job Description:

VAS Aero Services is looking for a SAP/S4 HANA Functional Lead to join our team in Boca Raton, FL.

Please note:

• The location is not negotiable. We need someone onsite in Boca Raton.
  
• The selected candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.
  

Your Challenges:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business users to identify, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP).

• Solution Design: Design and develop SAP S/4HANA solutions that align with business needs and best practices.

• Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA systems to meet specific business requirements, including the use of Fiori apps.

• Testing & Implementation: Participate in testing and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions.

• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve SAP S/4HANA issues and errors.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements within SAP S/4HANA.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of SAP S/4HANA processes and configurations.

• Training: Provide training to end-users on SAP S/4HANA functionality.

• Communication: Effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

Your Boarding Pass:

• Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience:

Required minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP with 2 years of experience in S/4HANA implementations, with a focus on Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Warehouse Management (WM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) with a minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, configuring and using SAP Fiori apps.

• Skills:

  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, WM).

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization, including SAP Fiori apps.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with data migration and data analysis.

• Preferred:

  • SAP S/4HANA certification.

  • Experience with SAP Fiori or other SAP technologies.

  • Experience with Aerospace/aviation Business Process.

• Speaking:  able to speak in conversations and meetings, deliver information and participate in communications.Daily

• Equipment Operation (personal computer, telephone, copies, fax machine, and related office equipment and using electronic identification card to enter building floors and internal doors): able to operate most office and personal electronic equipment and some tools including production tools such as hydraulic lifts. Daily

• Carrying: able to carry documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs. N/A

• Lifting:  able to lift documents, tools, drawings, electronic equipment up to 30lbs/14kgs. N/A

• Pushing / Pulling:  able to push and pull small office furniture and some equipment and tools. N/A

• Sitting:  able to sit for long periods of time in meetings, working on computer. Daily

• Squatting / Kneeling:  able to squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items stored on low shelving.

• Standing: able to stand for discussions in offices or on production floor. Daily

• Travel:  able to travel independently and at short notice. N/A

• Walking (include routine walking such as to a shared printer to retrieve documents):  able to walk through office and production areas including uneven surfaces. N/A

• Personal Protective Equipment required:  Required PPE includes, but is not limited to, Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Hearing Protection, Respirators/Masks, and/or Protective Gloves as required by site and/or customer site N/A

• Administrative position only PPE required: Steel-toed shoes are required for all shop floor visit, appropriate hearing/eye protection may also be required when visiting the shop floor. N/A
