In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholders
• Coordinate sprint planning and meetings with technical teams and stakeholders while building and maintaining relationships with mid-level and senior client representatives
• Evaluate project deliverables and drive initiatives to adopt new methodologies and tools that enhance project execution and outcomes
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while working with quality assurance teams to embed quality planning into project workflows and deliverables
• Develop and run project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency
• Support the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilities
• Engage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effective

Required Skill and Experience Proven experience developing and managing SAP S/4HANA cutover plans, including timelines, resource planning, dependencies, risk mitigation, and contingency planning aligned with SAP Activate methodology.
Demonstrated experience leading multiple cutover rehearsals and dress rehearsals, validating execution plans, resolving issues, and ensuring go-live readiness.
Strong experience managing end-to-end master and transactional data migration activities, including data cleansing, migration execution, reconciliation, and validation.
Ability to define, track, and validate go-live readiness criteria, including testing completion, UAT sign-off, data validation, user readiness, and issue closure to support Go/No-Go decisions.
Proven ability to lead end-to-end production cutover execution, coordinating infrastructure, security, data migration, business, and project teams while managing communications, escalations, and issue resolution throughout the cutover window.
Working knowledge of SAP Cloud ALM for centrally coordinating and tracking all cutover tasks, managing issues, and monitoring project progress across workstreams.
Liaison with business teams and integration partners/third party vendors to ensure proper communication and readiness for the cutover and subsequent support.
Ensure all cutover related documentation is ready and validated along with project leads ( cutover strategy, cutover planning, communication for the cutover day, roll back strategy etc. )
Preferred Skill and Experience Develop and manage the overall SAP S/4HANA cutover strategy, plan, governance, communications, and contingency approach aligned with SAP Activate methodology.
Define cutover scope, identify impacted business and technical stakeholders, and coordinate data migration, integrations, third-party applications, and resource planning.
Prepare and maintain cutover deliverables including cutover plans, milestone calendars, resource schedules, and detailed execution trackers.
Lead cutover rehearsals and dress rehearsals, validate execution timelines, resolve defects, and continuously refine the cutover plan.
Drive cutover readiness assessments by ensuring application, data, business, infrastructure, and operational prerequisites are successfully completed.
Coordinate Go/No-Go governance by validating readiness criteria, risk status, testing completion, and stakeholder sign-offs.
Manage end-to-end production cutover execution including system shutdown, data migration, validation, business cutover activities, and system startup.
Monitor and control cutover risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, rollback plans, and cutover decision points throughout the go-live cycle.
Lead stakeholder communication, command center governance, status reporting, and cross-functional coordination across business, IT, SAP, SI, and third-party teams.
Ensure a seamless transition from go-live to Hypercare and BAU support through effective handover, knowledge transfer, and stabilization activities.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
