JOB SUMMARY:
SAP Transformation Lead - Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end SAP transformation programs aligned to business strategy and value realization goals. Define transformation roadmap, drive process standardization, and enable business change. Establish program governance, delivery frameworks, and executive reporting mechanisms. Manage program execution, milestones, risks, dependencies, quality, and SAP Activate/Agile adherence. Act as a trusted advisor to CXOs, aligning business objectives with SAP-enabled outcomes. Drive stakeholder collaboration across business, IT, delivery teams, and external partners. Provide strategic oversight of SAP solutions, integrations, enterprise architecture, and innovation initiatives. Champion adoption of SAP BTP, Embedded AI/Joule capabilities, and future-state digital transformation. Govern data migration, cutover planning, change management, business readiness, and benefit realization. Own program financials, SOWs, resource planning, vendor management, and delivery accountability.
Required Qualifications:
15+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on enterprise transformation programs
Proven track record in leading SAP end-to-end transformations
Strong exposure to process transformation across core SAP modules
Deep understanding of data migration, integration, and digital architecture
Experience managing CXO-level stakeholder relationships
Expertise in global delivery models and large-scale team leadership
