Job Description (Posting). : 8-10 yrs exp in MES systems (Any)Can be an SAP MES consultant or any other MES but will be trained by Cellares on TULIP MES. Exp in Designing, documenting the manufacturing process. Guiding the customer on best practices. Interacting with stake holders, business and IT. (1.) To ensure value creation in the engagement (2.) To manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives. (3.) To manage engagement profitability by managing various variables (4.) To proactively engage with the client to understand the business engagements (5.) To lead| manage| develop and engage the team (6.) To proactively identify and mitigate risks & issues (including escalations) for delivery of the program
