Tasks Tasks TasksThe Role The SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Senior Consultant is expected to engage in exciting and challenging, client-facing, project-based work, focusing on delivering world-class solutions based on SAP's latest software. The Senior Consultant requires an entrepreneurial mindset and must have a strong desire to grow as a leader within our organization. They will be required to support actionable objectives for the organization, helping to sustain a culture of accountability and take a hands-on approach to execution. Our customers and the value we offer is central to everything we do. With this in mind, the Senior Consultant will be required to ensure our services' quality for our existing client base, support in the cultivation of relationships with new customers, support the development of new business opportunities, and support the continuous adjustment of our current and future offerings according to market demands.
Responsibilities - Be part of challenging projects in process and IT consulting with a focus on the automotive industry
- Develop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in the field of Supply Chain Management
- Define a detailed blueprint for development requirements
- Deploy process, quality, and cost-optimized logistics concepts
- Create long term relationships with clients
- Identify and lead business development opportunities
- Achieve a strong reputation as a business advisor
- Take over responsibility as (sub) project team leader
Qualifications Qualifications QualificationsEducation: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or equivalent education.
Experience: - 4+ years of work experience in consulting or in the automotive industry
- Minimum 4 years of SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)experience (process & customizing)
- Solid expertise in at least one other module (i.e., MM, PP, CS, QM, SD) is a strong plus
- 3 SAP full lifecycle implementations
- Profound SAP project and Go-Live experience (SAP implementation approach)
- SAP certifications are a big plus
- Fluency in English (multi-lingual preferred)
- Professional appearance with strong customer focus
- Analytical and structured working attitude
- Strong teamwork capability
Percentage of required travel: up to 100%
Physical requirements:
- This job operates in an office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment.
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time while traveling in a car or airplane.
