Job Description: Looking for an SAP PCS Lead (Production Control & Scheduling) with strong hands-on experience in shop floor execution and production order lifecycle. This role is mainly about Production Control & Scheduling (PCS). The client needs a Senior SAP Production Planning (PP) Consultant / Lead with strong Manufacturing Execution experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA, specifically focused on shop floor production processes. PCS (Production Control & Scheduling): • MBoM, Routing and Shop Floor Execution's SAP Best Practice • Work Stream requirement gathering with the business process owners fill in the Business-Driven Configuration Assessment questionnaire. • Based on the answers obtained from the assessment, consultants need to plan/build the Workshop A (System Demo and Presentation Deck) 1. Requirements Management 2. Configuration and Documentation 3. Key Decision Documentation 4. Process Flows 5. uthorization and Security 6. Test planning (Standard and Custom objects) 7. Change Management 8. Reportin • S/4 Experience • &D Experience • Parameter Effectivity (integration to PLM and MES) - We will train, not mandatory • Classification, MRP, Scheduling and Costing views of the Material Masters • Work Centers, BoMs and Routings Revision & ECM • Production Order Lifecycle (Creation to Confirmation to Goods Receipt) incl. • Collective Orders for MTS and MTO with WBS • External Processing wit Subcontracting • Production Order Kitting • Goods Issues (batch managed) and Reversals for Production Order • Rework and Production Order Splitting • vailability Checking and Shortage reporting • Integration with PLM systems • Integration with MES systems • Functional specification authoring Must Have: • Strong SAP PP (ECC) experience • Hands-on with: • Work Centers, BOMs, Routings • Production Order lifecycle (end-to-end) • Experience in: • Shop Floor Execution • Production Scheduling & Control Nice to Have: • S/4HAN • erospace & Defense • PLM / MES integration Benefits: Danta offers a compensation package to all W2 employees that are competitive in the industry.
