The SAP P2S Production Support Analyst is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing end0to0end Plan0to0Sustain processes within SAP S/4HANA. The role partners closely with business functions across procurement, production, maintenance, supply chain, and manufacturing operations to deliver high0quality solutions, drive continuous improvement, and ensure system stability. This position requires strong business acumen, deep SAP expertise, and the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non0technical teams.

**This is a hybrid-based position at one of Collins0major facilities. **

What YOU will do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing to gather, interpret, and refine functional and technical requirements.

  • Translate business needs into robust SAP solution designs, functional specifications, and configuration documents leveraging SAP best practices and emerging industry trends.
    Contribute as both a Business Analyst and Technical Lead on large programs.

  • Lead small0to0medium initiatives, serving simultaneously as Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Technical Lead.

  • Own or support the full testing lifecycle: developing test strategies, managing test data, creating test scripts, executing tests, resolving defects, and driving user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Develop and deliver end0user documentation, job aids, and training materials to support project implementations and organizational change management.

  • Coordinate effectively with technical teams across onshore and offshore resources to ensure integrated, high0quality deliverables.

  • Provide Level 3 production support for complex incidents, system defects, and enhancement requests.

  • Analyze new work requests and provide accurate effort estimates, timelines, dependencies, and resource needs.

  • Apply Lean principles and structured problem0solving methodologies to identify process improvements, resolve issues, and design efficient solutions.

  • Demonstrate deep skill in business analysis best practices, SAP configuration, and solution architecture across P2S process areas.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels, bridging the gap between business processes and technical capabilities.

  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset while working in a dynamic, fast0paced environment with multiple priorities.

Qualifications YOU Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.

  • Ability to travel approximately 25 650%

  • Experience with SAP.

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP Plan0to0Sustain (P2S) processes in S/4HANA, including Production Planning (PP), Manufacturing Execution, Materials Requirements Planning (MRP), Plant Maintenance / Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Quality Management, and Aftermarket/MRO operations.

  • Hands0on experience with SAP S/4HANA capabilities such as Master Data (BOMs, Routings, Work Centers), MRP Live, PP/DS, Shop Floor Control, Maintenance Orders, Technical Objects (Equipment and Functional Locations), Notifications, and integration with QM and Warehouse Management.

  • Experience supporting or migrating legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA in discrete manufacturing, MRO, or sustainment environments.

  • Professional certifications strongly preferred, such as:
    6 APICS (CPIM, CSCP)
    6 ISM (CPSM, C.P.M.)
    6 IIBA (CBAP, CCBA)
    6 SAP Certified Associate 00S/4HANA Production Planning & Manufacturing (C_TS422), S/4HANA Asset Management, or S/4HANA Quality Management
    6 Other equivalent industry credentials.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
